How to make a background:
Simply do body <bgcolor="blue">. But remember.. that was just an example.

Now remember.. you can also get a picture as a background. Type <body background="blabla.gif">.

You can also make all the text on the webpage the same colour. Type <body text="800000">.

You can make only certain text one colour too, by doing this: <font color="800000">>.
